This project involved a total interior renovation plus an addition of the main entrance ATM vestibule with a new façade. This includes new roofing, siding, HVAC systems, electrical service, plumbing, drywall, and ceilings. This is the second project that Patriot has successfully completed for Citizens Bank.

Need Description

In the center of the lobby floor of the Curtis Building, one of the most known historic office buildings in Philadelphia, we renovated a 2,610 SF vacant area into a high-end Amenities space. Our work included every facet of construction from demolition, plumbing, HVAC, and electric to aluminum/glass systems, finish millwork, flooring, and painting. The Amenities space includes multiple seating areas with access to three large-screen TVs, internet, and a kitchen-style island with a sink and ice machine. With the metal tin ceiling and end-cut wood look floor, this space maintains the historical feel of a classic building.

Interior fitout of approximately 6,000sf.

This project involved constructing a new state-of-the-art, four-tiered auditorium with 100-person custom seating. The auditorium included a fully integrated audio visual system with Creston control automation. The total project area also included a full commercial catering kitchen with café style seating. The reception area and elevator lobby were renovated to include marbleized, polished concrete flooring and custom pivot doors.

Need Description

Our team was contracted directly by the building owner to fitout 2,750sf of unfinished retail space. This project was based on the ground level of the new Hamilton Apartments located at 15th & Hamilton Streets in Center City Philadelphia. The area added more amenities space for the residents of the building, including a coffee bar, conference room, and individual and group work rooms. This scope of work included underground plumbing tie-ins, pouring concrete slabs, installing new toilet rooms and an acoustical ceiling grid system, a coffee bar, and new bright, vibrant colored finishes to match the other amenities spaces in the building, including an 18’H x 60’L wallpaper mural.

This phased project included coordination of swing space, personnel moves and FF&E, which required meticulous planning and scheduling. Work consisted of custom built admin stations, conference rooms, and 2 pantry/library areas with custom banquette seating, frameless glass sliding doors and back painted glass.

This project was approximately our tenth interior fit out for Liberty Mutual. This project renovated roughly 8,800sf of office space consisting of new offices, a server room, conference rooms with operable partitions, hive and open areas. Patriot had to coordinate work with AV, card access, and security vendors as well as the furniture and FF&E teams from Liberty Mutual.

Interior fitout of approximately 70,000sf. The project involved 4 phases within 2 separate buildings on the campus. This was one of 15 locations we have completed for Liberty Mutual.
